On the mt. bike front. I too dash and crash on the roots & rocks and even with a fairly new Mt bike am left behind. But all is relative and I ride with younger folks who are 10 to 15 years less old while I hover in at 68. Most all I used to ride with in my age have given up or died so I feel better about still doing it and approaching a second childhood, as the first one sucked. But gland to be retired and not on the hamster wheel of fortune, taking crap from another uninformed boss who is into results and forgot process. Still going after all these years,PF.
